Calgary Hitmen – Greatest Hits

To continue my post from yesterday, today I will be showing my collection of greatest hits and fights from the 2015-2016 season. This post will also include hits on the Hitmen, as well as some of the hits they dished out for the season. Obviously, I am only one person and did not get EVERY hit that happened on the ice over the season, that would be impossible. Here are just a few of the ones that made some good photos.

Taylor Sanheim

There were a lot of great hits this season, but a lot of the ones that involved Taylor Sanheim seemed to make some of the best images.

Beck Malenstyn

Beck also had some great hits and always fought hard in the puck battles.

Andrew Fyten

I always knew when Andrew was on the roster for that night I was guaranteed to get a great photo of him leaving the ground somehow or a crazy looking hit.

Carsen Twarynski

I generally shoot from a position that does not do the defensemen any justice (I am usually ice level with us attacking). But when I did shoot from an elevated position (where the TV cameras are), I was able to focus more on our defensemen and the hard work they put in and some of the big hits they got throughout the season.
