I am a freelance sports and editorial photographer based out of Calgary, AB and I have been shooting and writing for daily newspapers since 2008. I am currently a contract team photographer for the Calgary Hitmen, Calgary Roughnecks, Calgary Stampeders and Calgary Rage Women’s Tackle Football Team. My editorial clients include Imagn, Maclean’s, Globe and Mail, as well as a number of commercial and corporate clients.

I am very happy to be able to make a living as a photographer full time. While I do believe some of my success has been luck, I know most of it has been from hard work and pushing myself to be better in my craft. I am not afraid to fail in photography as I have learned from every mistake and have become better for it. This blog will include some of my successes and failures.
